Where is my order shipped from?

Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment facilities, depending on product availability and delivery destination. This allows us to maintain quality control and ensure efficient delivery across the United States.

What if my package hasn’t arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@claraandgrey.com with your order number and tracking details.

In rare situations, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or incomplete shipping information. Our team will promptly investigate and work toward a resolution.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

How do I start a return or exchange?

You may use your own shipping label, or we can provide one (the label cost will be deducted from your refund).
