At Clara & Grey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your request.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" (unless they arrive damaged or defective).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@claraandgrey.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return instructions.

  3. Shipping: Once approved, the item must be shipped back to our distribution center in Miami, FL within 7 business days.

    • Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they will not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping charges (if applicable) and shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@claraandgrey.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.

US Customers – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

In compliance with consumer protection standards, customers in the United States have 30 days from the receipt of their order to cancel or return items. Items must remain in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
