Please note that all products undergo a production process, which contributes to the handling time.

For United States Orders:

Transit Time: 3–6 business days
Total Delivery Time: 4–9 business days
Shipping Fee: Free

Shipping Carriers

Clara & Grey partners with a network of reliable, well-established shipping providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Depending on your location and the items ordered, your package may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other trusted regional and international carriers.

The carrier used will be determined based on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to reship the package.

Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@claraandgrey.com, and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at info@claraandgrey.com with your order number and photos of both the packaging and the damaged item(s). Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@claraandgrey.com Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it following our Refund Policy.

This Shipping Policy does not override any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in the United States. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are lost, arrive damaged, or are not delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
