To ensure the highest quality standards and efficient logistics, all orders are processed and shipped directly from our distribution center located at: 3450 NW 115th Ave, Miami, FL 33178, USA.

Shipping Charge and Time

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

    • Please note that all products undergo a quality control and preparation process before shipment.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).

Shipping Rates and Transit Time (United States)

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • Transit Time: 3–6 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Delivery Time: 4–9 business days.

  • Shipping Fee: Free.

Shipping Carriers

Clara & Grey partners with a network of reliable, well-established shipping providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Depending on your location, your package may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. The specific carrier is determined at the time of shipment to provide the most efficient route to your address.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched from our Miami warehouse.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to reship the package.

Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@claraandgrey.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at info@claraandgrey.com with your order number and photos of both the packaging and the damaged item(s).

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may follow our Refund Policy once the item arrives.

This Shipping Policy does not override any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. You are entitled to support for goods that are lost, arrive damaged, or are not delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
